Pick up at your hotel* | Private car, tour leader and driver at your disposal during the tour. Through a panoramic route, with stops to take pictures you will enjoy the hilly scenario known as Valpolicella, cradle of the wellknown Amarone DOCG (guarantee of origin), a land rich in food and wine excellences with a strong cultural impact. You will see the magnificent vineyards, olive trees, beautiful villas, parish churches, you will arrive at a historical winery for a special wine tasting experience of Amarone. Guided Visit of the winery. The visit starts (when it is possible) in the vineyard you will be able to discover, thanks to the tales of the winemakers, the many ways in which Amarone is produced. You will be told about Appassimento, the special technique used to make Valpolicella Ripasso and you will be invited to taste its many nuances through a guided tasting: Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Amarone, Recioto.
