Tasting and evaluation technique course

The visit will take place as follows:

Presentation of our company;
Visit to the cave dug into the tuff where we refine the Tufaio Brut Pas Dosè;
Basic tasting technique course;
Tasting of Tufaio and Casale Tiberio accompanied by bread and oil, sausages and cheeses with food-wine pairing test.

The Cantina del Tufaio is a niche winegrowing reality that has its headquarters and vineyard in Zagarolo (RM); one of the companies of excellence in Lazio, which has always aimed at the quality of its products. Being in a surprisingly suitable area, the production is expressed through wine and organic extra virgin olive oil.

Our family is concretely committed to the entire production cycle, from the land to the bottle, without intermediaries.

We produce 5 types of wine:

Tufaio (Malvasia, yellow trebbiano, grechetto)
Casale Tiberio (Merlot 80%, Cabernet sauvignon 20% – 4 months of second passage barrique)
Ammaria (Cabernet 80%, Merlot 20% – 1 year of first passage barrique)
Annike (100% Sauvignon Blanc)
Tufaio Brut (Pinot, Chardonnay, Malvasia)
