Purchase at the fair is €30. 2-day passes: €40 online, €50 at the fair. 3-day passes: €60 online, €70 at the fair. Reduced admission €20 for AIS, FIS, FISAR, ARS, ONAV, AIES, and SLOW FOOD members, as well as industry professionals.
