Alba’s historic center becomes a “wine route” for two Sundays!
The Go Wine Wine Festival returns to Alba again this year! This is the 28th edition of the event, showcasing the most representative wines of the Langa and Roero region in the city’s historic center.

The double event scheduled for Sunday, September 20 and Sunday, September 27, 2026, has been confirmed.
The initiative, promoted by Go Wine, is a popular event among Italian and international wine enthusiasts; This year, too, the format will allow visitors to explore Piazza Risorgimento (Piazza Duomo), Via Vittorio Emanuele, and Via Cavour, transforming the historic center into a virtual “wine route” for a day.

The event brings together wineries from the municipalities of Langa and Roero, maintaining its festive character, evoking the time and joy of the grape harvest. Local promotion agencies, wineries, wine shops, and producer associations will also participate. For several years, participation has also been extended to wineries from municipalities in the Monferrato area.

Tastings are confirmed, starting in the late morning!

On both days, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., producers, organized through the participating municipalities, will present their products for tasting and promote their local businesses and wines. The event will begin at 11:00 a.m.!

From the celebrated Barolo and Barbaresco, the region’s flagship wines, to the other noble wines of the Langhe and Roero: Nebbiolo d’Alba, Roero, Roero Arneis, Barbera d’Alba, Dolcetto d’Alba, Dolcetto di Diano, Dolcetto di Dogliani, and many others.

An extraordinary tasting table is expected, with many labels represented: an extraordinary opportunity to discover new and diverse products, to savor the charm of a tour through the historic city center, and to discover the typical products that characterize the hills surrounding Alba.

Producers from the municipalities of Langhe and Roero will be present, along with producers from Monferrato.

Barolo, Barbaresco & More

Starting with the Go Wine Lounge, dedicated exclusively to Barolo and Barbaresco producers, who can meet for a small additional fee on their tasting ticket and only at certain dedicated times (3 sessions) each Sunday:
11:15 AM – 1:00 PM
1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
3:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Every visitor will be able to enjoy tastings (both along the Wine Route and in the Go Wine Lounge) by purchasing a glass and a bottle, and then choosing and comparing the wines offered for tasting. There will also be the opportunity to purchase wines directly from the producers present.
