In 2018 we restored an historic cellar in the church square of Manarola and converted it into a cozy wine bar carrying on our idea to promote the territory, through local EXPERIENCES that travellers from all over the world can only do here. Meeting local winemakers, discovering their process to make wine, TASTING the differences, EATING local products, learning how to distinguish the authenticity of a product, DISCOVERING the hard human work behind a simple bottle of CINQUE TERRE DOC wine. Our mission is to SHARE with our guests the enogastronomy, the history and the traditions of Manarola first and Cinque Terre then. ​All our wines are also available online on our ONLINE WINE SHOP. We selected wine producers that prefer QUALITY over quantity, respecting the time of the nature to produce their wines. We offer wine by glass by bottle and WINE EXPERIENCE.
