This is the 28th edition of the event\, showcasing the most representative wines of the Langa and Roero region in the city’s historic center. \nThe double event scheduled for Sunday\, September 20 and Sunday\, September 27\, 2026\, has been confirmed.\nThe initiative\, promoted by Go Wine\, is a popular event among Italian and international wine enthusiasts; This year\, too\, the format will allow visitors to explore Piazza Risorgimento (Piazza Duomo)\, Via Vittorio Emanuele\, and Via Cavour\, transforming the historic center into a virtual “wine route” for a day. \nThe event brings together wineries from the municipalities of Langa and Roero\, maintaining its festive character\, evoking the time and joy of the grape harvest. Local promotion agencies\, wineries\, wine shops\, and producer associations will also participate. For several years\, participation has also been extended to wineries from municipalities in the Monferrato area. \nTastings are confirmed\, starting in the late morning! \nOn both days\, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.\, producers\, organized through the participating municipalities\, will present their products for tasting and promote their local businesses and wines. The event will begin at 11:00 a.m.! \nFrom the celebrated Barolo and Barbaresco\, the region’s flagship wines\, to the other noble wines of the Langhe and Roero: Nebbiolo d’Alba\, Roero\, Roero Arneis\, Barbera d’Alba\, Dolcetto d’Alba\, Dolcetto di Diano\, Dolcetto di Dogliani\, and many others. \nAn extraordinary tasting table is expected\, with many labels represented: an extraordinary opportunity to discover new and diverse products\, to savor the charm of a tour through the historic city center\, and to discover the typical products that characterize the hills surrounding Alba. \nProducers from the municipalities of Langhe and Roero will be present\, along with producers from Monferrato.\n(List in the coming weeks) \nSome collateral events enrich the general program:\nTHE GO WINE LOUNGE – Fenoglio Hall\nBarolo\, Barbaresco & More \nStarting with the Go Wine Lounge\, dedicated exclusively to Barolo and Barbaresco producers\, who can meet for a small additional fee on their tasting ticket and only at certain dedicated times (3 sessions) each Sunday:\n11:15 AM – 1:00 PM\n1:00 PM – 2:30 PM\n3:00 PM – 4:30 PM \nEvery visitor will be able to enjoy tastings (both along the Wine Route and in the Go Wine Lounge) by purchasing a glass and a bottle\, and then choosing and comparing the wines offered for tasting. There will also be the opportunity to purchase wines directly from the producers present.

DESCRIPTION:TrentoDOC  \nThe “Trentodoc Festival” is an event dedicated to the celebration of Trentodoc\, the prestigious sparkling wine produced according to the classic Trentino method. The festival wants to raise awareness of the quality and tradition of our sparkling wines and offers visitors the opportunity to learn about and taste different labels\, participating in masterclasses with the largest and most awarded master wines and sommeliers. From 25 to 27 September 2026\, the city of Trento and the Trentino area will host the fifth edition of the Trentodoc Festival\, three days dedicated solely to “mountain bubbles”. The event\, as well as in the cellars\, will also take place in various locations in the historic centre of the capital.  \nThe streets\, squares and palaces of the city of Trento will host exclusive meetings and stimulating events where it will be possible\, thanks to authoritative voices and multidisciplinary views\, to learn about mountain bubbles in their most classic form or accompanied by the words of art\, ecology\, literature and design. \nTogether with the city\, the territory is also getting ready: the participating sparkling wine houses will contribute to enriching the schedule by organising ad hoc experiences aimed at festival participants\, right there\, where the product originates\, rooted in its own history. A magnificent opportunity for a sparkling autumn trip where you can drink well\, where you can feel good. \nThe first DOC sparkling wine in Italy \nThe history of Trentodoc dates back to the beginning of the last century when Giulio Ferrari\, oenologist at the San Michele Agricultural Institute\, now the “Mach Foundation”\, had the intuition to try to produce bubbles from Trentino grapes. During his travels he had\, in fact\, noticed that the nature of the terroir and the climatic conditions of Trentino could be winning. And so it was. Then began a story made up of experiences shared by winemakers and wineries\, handed down with pride and care from generation to generation. Some pioneering producers decided to join forces in 1984\, founding what was then called Istituto Trento Classico. In 1993 the official recognition came\, and the Trentino bubbles became the first DOC in Italy obtained by the classic method. Finally\, by the will of the members of the Institute\, which in the meantime has taken the name of Istituto Trento Doc\, in 2007 the non-commercial brand “Trentodoc” was born\, with the aim of protecting and promoting the excellence of the classic Trentino method. \nDiscover the entire Trentodoc Festival
