XI Edition of Paestum Wine Fest
In the City of Temples the past and the present meet on the occasion of the XI Edition of Paestum Wine Fest.
The most important wineries of Italy will meet from 25 to 27 March 2023 where the ancient Greek colonizers discovered in the mild climate and the clayey-calcareous nature of the soil the necessary conditions for quality production.
Paestum, in particular, boasts a long wine-growing and wine-making tradition already in Greek and Roman times. And, in this place made of history, sea, hills, an ancient identity that continues to be handed down over the centuries and permeate these lands, visitors can discover all the most important news and excellence that this sector reserves. For this tenth edition, the protagonist will be the territory with its varieties and its biodiversity that makes it unique in the world. But Paestum Wine Fest also wants to lay the foundations for the creation of a virtuous system, a team game, in which the excellence of viticulture can exalt and strengthen each other, presenting – together – to the audience of enthusiasts and operators.
Location of the three-day XI Edition of Paestum Wine Fest is the former Tabacchificio SAIM of Borgo Cafasso, among the major expressions of the industrial archeology of the Piana del Sele. In all 8 thousand square meters for a prestigious and definitive venue, also able to create a symbolic link between the industrial archeology of the early ‘900 and the ancient archeology of Magna Grecia. The Paestum Wine Fest is organized by Luca Gardini, The wine killer and Angelo Zarra, CEO of Zeta Enoteca and founder of Divini Assaggi Magazine.
