Tenuta Bonzara is a winery that produces excellent quality wines from the hills of Bologna, precisely in the area of Monteveglio.
It is also one of the 5 farms that cultivates the ancient and vinifies the autochthonous “Negrettino”.
Tasting guided by sommeliers who will match the wines to the dishes and by the owners who will explain the methods used for the production.

Vigna Antica – Pignoletto Classico DOCG.

U Pasa – Passito di Pignoletto wine.
These wines will be combined with a platter of salami typical of Emilia Romagna.
