Visit and tasting in the cellar

Saturday 17 June come on a trip with us! What’s better for spending time together than a trip to Val di Cornia?

Here is the program for the day:

Meeting in Siena at the Acquacalda parking lot at 8.00

Meeting in Poggibonsi, Salceto parking (in front of Esso on the river side) at 8.20.

10.30 – Meeting at Poggio Rosso – www.tenutapoggiorosso.it

– Tour of the vineyard, the cellar and the barrel cellar

– Tasting of their wines accompanied by bruschetta with EVO oil and a chopping board with cold cuts, cheeses and flatbread.

Lunch will follow at “Ristorante La Rocchetta” in the marvelous Piazza Bovio in Piombino, the largest seaside square in Europe.

Warm seafood salad with steamed vegetables

Calamarata in amberjack sauce

Mixed fry with mixed salad and chips

Panna cotta with berries

Water and coffee
