Vinum Alba

The formula of Vinum is based on a city that embraces its excellence and reveals it through its streets and along its squares.

As always, the protagonists are the great wines of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, offered in an ideal combination with STREET FOOD ËD LANGA, street food of excellent character and quality. The great red wines of the Langhe such as Barolo DOCG, Barbaresco DOCG, Nebbiolo DOCG, the white wines of Langhe, the wines of Monferrato, Roero DOCG , Roero Arneis DOCG, Gavi DOCG and Brachetto DOCG, Erbaluce DOCG and Canavese DOC, Freisa di Chieri DOC and Collina Torinese DOC, Dolcetto, Asti Spumante DOCG and Moscato d’Asti DOCG, as well as the grappa, distillates of Piedmont and Turin Vermouth IGP, are the focus of the tasting sessions scheduled from 10.30 am to 8.00 pm at the tasting tables in the historic centre of the 100 tower city and which, in this edition, are guided and organized by AIS Associazione Italiana Sommelier.
