Vertical Valtellina tasting – Cantina Nobili

A border area, in which Nebbiolo changes its name and becomes Chiavennasca, as if to reiterate its different expression.
Let’s discover this terroir through a tasting of the wines of the Nobili Agricultural Company, which on five hectares of property, located between Poggiridenti and Sondrio, produces wines exclusively based on Chiavenna: Inferno D.O.C.G., Sassella D.O.C.G. and Sforzato “Il Montescale” DOCG.
We will taste different vintages of Inferno and Sassella, in order to be able to evaluate the evolution of these wines and finally the Sforzato, a typical enological pearl of these areas.
The owner of the company leads the tasting.
