The food and wine event Tramonto DiVino 2025 is dedicated to the discovery of the food and wine heritage of Emilia-Romagna through eight stops in different cities, including Correggio, Cervia, Dozza, Riccione, Cesenatico, Ferrara, Piacenza and Modena. From June to September, sommeliers, chefs and wine enthusiasts will present regional wines, DOP and IGP certified products, and Adriatic fish, offering tastings and food pairings. Each stop will take place in a square, a fortress or an urban park.
How to participate in Tramonto Divino 2025 Dates and Stops
June 18 – Correggio (open to all) Tastings of regional wines and finger food in the courtyard of Palazzo Principi, with the possibility of visiting the Museo Civico.
July 18 – Cervia (Craft Gin Summer Fest) (open to all) Event dedicated to spirits, with artisanal Gins and Piacenza DOP cured meats between the Torre San Michele and the Magazzini del Sale.
July 22 – Dozza (invitation only) Evening dedicated to the producers of the 112 wines awarded in the A.I.S. 2026 Guide, at the Rocca di Dozza, home of the Emilia-Romagna Regional Wine Shop.
July 25 – Riccione (open to all) Tasting of Piadina Romagnola IGP, Adriatic fish, and Novebolle bubbles.
August 8 – Cesenatico (open to all) Tastings of International Wines awarded by the Brussels World Competition and Bologna DOP Potatoes, with regional finger food.
September 5 – Modenese (open to all) Event dedicated to local wines, including Lambrusco and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP.
September 10 – Ferrara (open to all) Tasting featuring Adriatic fish, prepared by Goro fishermen, in Piazza Municipale.
September 19 – Piacenza (open to all) Tasting of Piacenza DOP cured meats and Grana Padano DOP, under the portico of Palazzo Gotico in Piazza Cavalli.
Tickets
To participate in the event, you must purchase an entrance ticket, with a cost ranging between 20 and 30 euros, depending on the stage and the tasting proposals available. The ticket guarantees access to the wine tasting stands, the tasting of some gastronomic products, both in the original version and prepared by the chefs, in addition to the Guide “Emilia-Romagna da Bere e da Mangiare” and a tasting glass.
Organization and contacts
The food and wine event Tramonto DiVino 2025 is organized in collaboration with Enoteca Regionale Emilia-Romagna, regional institutions and associations in the food and wine sector. Partners include DOP and IGP Consortia, which represent typical products of Emilia-Romagna, such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella Bologna, Aceto Balsamico di Modena, as well as local wines and specialties.
