The Wines of the Castle – 20 to 21 May 2023

The Town of Greve in Chianti in collaboration with the Montefioralle tourism office organizes the event The Wines of the Castle 2023. It happens the third weekend of May every year.

The main attraction of the event is the wine and food fair that is set up in the village square and the main street in the Medieval hamlet of Montefioralle.

About fifteen Chianti wineries, including our own winery obviously, will have stands where they will present and have you taste their wines.  To be able to taste the wines, visitors can buy the official wine glass for the occasion at the entrance to the festival.

Furthermore, the tourism board of Montefioralle will organize food stands in the main square. As an alternative, visitors can eat at the various bars and restaurants in the village.

To avoid the hassle of finding parking spaces during the festival days, we recommend that you take advantage of the free bus transfer between Greve (piazza Trento) and Montefioralle.
