The Wine Revolution returns to Sestri Levante (GE) on 19-20 November 2023, recounting the evolution of the wine sector in recent decades
The sixth edition of The Wine Revolution is about to return to the picturesque setting of the former Convent of the Annunziata della Baia del Silenzio in Sestri Levante (GE): Sunday 19 and Monday 20 November 2023 over 70 revolutionary winemakers from all over Italy and abroad they will meet for an event that aims to celebrate the transformations that have characterized the wine sector in the last two decades. Tasting stands, market exhibitions, but also street food and excellent gastronomic stands will accompany participants on a journey of knowledge and fun in the wonderful world of quality artisanal wine and natural philosophy. A unique opportunity to meet and listen to the stories directly from the voices of those who produce the wine, people who have in common respect for the land and the protection and valorization of their territory.
The Wine Revolution 2023 wants to tell the evolution of the world of wine in recent years through its most significant changes, from the affirmation of natural winemaking techniques to the bold rediscovery of forgotten vines and production areas, up to the innovative character of the distributions that they are based on specialization and communication, the contribution of which is proving to be fundamental to the success of the entire wine movement.
The event times are Sunday from 10.30am to 7.00pm and Monday from 11.00am to 6.00pm. The cost of the ticket, which can be purchased on site, is 15 euros, including the glass for tastings. For Horeca operators equipped with a business card, VAT number and identity document the cost is reduced to 12 euros.
