The Scents of Wine and Wild Herbs

By tasting 4 different aromatic and semi-aromatic wines, or those that recall the scents of the season that has just begun, we will discover the many aromas that a wine can give us and where they originate from.
During the evening we will play with our sense of smell, training ourselves to recognize different types of aromas.
The tasting will be accompanied by food pairings prepared by the cook Paola Baldissera, using the wild herbs that spring gives us.
Guest of honour: Marisa Bidese who will pay homage to us with her works of art created by nature.
