AIES offers a cycle of lessons focused on Sangiovese, the Italian vine par excellence, and its main territorial variations.
To guide the four evenings as many speakers of proven competence.
October 5: Giorgio Melandri will take us to discover his Romagna, a territory that he has always lived and loved
October 19: Francesco Falcone will tell how only he knows how to make Montalcino and its great wines
November 9: Giampaolo Gravina will lead us through the Chianti Classico terroir
November 23rd: Pierluigi Gorgoni will show us the thousand faces of Central Italy
The AIES Sangiovese Masterclass is an event made up of four evenings to discover Sangiovese, each led by a different speaker.
For each evening, NO LESS THAN EIGHT WINES will be offered, chosen directly by the speakers; the selection aims to show the different styles and nuances that this vine can take on in the most suitable terroirs.
