For whom: artisanal wine enthusiasts, the curious, professionals, the press and also the many tourists
What you will find: we have requested more information on the 2025 program. In the meantime, to give you an idea, last year there were tasting tables with wines from over 60 winemakers from different regions of Italy, Slovenia, France and Spain, workshops and dinner with the winemakers. All the winemakers directly follow the production phases, from growing the vine to bottling and use only their own grapes or those purchased in the same territory. The selection was oriented towards those wineries that do not use synthetic chemicals, herbicides, fungicides, systemics and genetically manipulated organisms, that make a conscious use of sulfur SO2 and that do not use exogenous elements that could distract from the representativeness of a terroir

Enorme was born from the meeting of a group of producers, innkeepers and enthusiasts of artisanal wine driven by the need to fill a void through a sharing space open to all in that area with a historic wine-growing vocation that extends between Irpinia and Sannio.
