The pleasant environment of the production area of ​​the “Bardolino Chiaretto Doc” is that of the Gardesano Veronese territory covered with vineyards and olive trees. The vines that contribute to producing the Bardolino Chiaretto Doc are: Corvina Veronese 35-65%; Rondinella 10-40%; Molinara\, Rossignola\, Barbera\, Sangiovese\, Marzemino\, Merlot\, Cabernet Sauvignon alone or together. \nHow is Chiaretto produced? It is necessary to watch the must to separate it from the skin at the ideal moment of absorption of the aromas and color. The rosé vinification of red grapes by us is the result of local tradition and of the deep knowledge of the characteristics of our grapes. An accurate fermentation at a controlled temperature follows to maintain the characteristic aromas of the grapes.
