Natural Evolution 2025

The dates of Natural Evolution 2025 have been announced. The sixth edition of the wine festival dedicated to artisan wines will be held on January 26 and 27 in Grottaglie. The event is also open to wine lovers, so it is ideal for those who want to participate in food and wine events in Puglia. What happened at Natural Evolution 2024

Now in its fifth edition, it offered tastings of artisan wines, conferences and meetings with more than 60 winemakers from all over Italy, but also from Austria, Spain, Slovenia and Lebanon. The dates of the event were January 28 and 29, 2024 in Grottaglie (Taranto). In particular, the two days were entirely dedicated to getting to know the producers who told industry professionals and visitors about their natural philosophy. A process that translates into respect for the environment both in the vineyard and in everyday life.

The Fuorisalone

The fifth edition proved even more exciting with the introduction of the “Fuori Salone Evoluzione Naturale” (January 27, 2023). This traveling event transformed the historic city with ancient ceramic traditions and generous vineyards of table grapes into a stage for tastings and exclusive meetings, offering the unique opportunity to come into intimate and direct contact with the principles that animated the fair.
