Exclusive guided wine tasting of the Aeolian Islands.

The wines of the Aeolian Islands are rare gems and precious daughters of a territory and a centuries-old productive tradition.

The beautiful archipelago is composed of 7 islands immersed in the cobalt blue of the Mediterranean, and each one preserves its own history and the daughter traditions of the populations that have inhabited them, Greeks, Romans, Turks, Spaniards, Normans.
What unites them is the fertility of the volcanic soil, where the vines have their roots, which gives the wines peculiar and unique characteristics.

In this event we will have a chat with the producer Salvatore D’Amico who will tell us the story of his wines and his land, accompanied by our teacher Marco Romagnoli.

The farm of Salvatore D’Amico, one of the oldest on the island of Salina, is a Slowfood presidium and produces only 9000 bottles a year from traditional vines and with ancient winemaking techniques.

Please bring your own briefcase with glasses, if you do not have it, you can pick up a box of 6 by paying a small additional fee of 15 euros.
