I vini del mare

Tasting dinner with food-wine pairing dedicated to Vermentini, on 16 July at the Bagni Militari in Corso Italia 7B, Genoa.

We will be able to taste and compare the Vermentini wines from the three Italian regions: Sardinia, Tuscany and Liguria.

And what’s better when you think about summer than a nice fry up on the beach?

The dinner will in fact be accompanied by a delicious appetizer of Genoese mixed fried foods  and followed by a nice mixed fried fish  perfect for enhancing the flavors of the Vermentini.
