The Convivio is a very important event for the Delegation because it constitutes a moment of collective meeting in which the Associates of the training semester participate.
All those who attend a tasting course or First, Second or Third Level Sommelier have the opportunity to see each other!
Normally the Classes remain a bit “isolated” in their own contexts relating to the individual courses and do not have the opportunity to get to know the other Associates!
On the occasion of the Spring Convivio, all of you will have the opportunity to participate, collect your Certificate, as well as the Service Booklet and taste excellent wines in a pleasant and relaxing environment, outside the usual schemes.
