DESCRIPTION:Cesena in Bolla 2026\nThe Cesena in Bolla 2026 fair is the event dedicated to the best Italian and international Classic Method sparkling wines. Over the years\, the tasting has expanded to include still wines. The event\, scheduled for Monday\, February 9th and Tuesday\, February 10th\, 2026\, is primarily open to industry professionals\, but limited tickets are available each year for enthusiasts and AIS Romagna sommeliers. \nDates: Monday\, February 9th and Tuesday\, February 10th\, 2026\, from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm\nWhere: Cesena\, Cesena Fiera\, Pievesestina pavilions\, Via Dismano 3845\nWhat: A trade fair focused primarily on Italian and European sparkling wines\, now in its 11th edition. Over the years\, it has expanded its offering to include all types of wine.\nWho: The event is open to industry professionals and sommeliers. Special limited tickets also available for wine lovers.\nProgram: Not yet released. To give you an idea\, last year there were tastings from 230 wineries with over 1\,500 labels of white wines\, red wines\, and sparkling wines from Franciacorta\, Trento DOC\, Oltrepò Pavese\, Alta Langa\, Champagne\, and Cava\, as well as other Italian regions dedicated to sparkling wine production.\nTicket prices: currently being updated. Last year\, free accreditations were available for the Horeca channel upon registration on the website. Wine lovers were entitled to 50 tickets for each of the two days\, each priced at €30. An agreement was also signed with AIS Romagna (Italian Sommelier Association)\, which offered its members (with valid annual membership) 200 discounted tickets for each day at €15.\nOrganization and contacts \nThe event is organized by Taste Production di Ivan Tesei.
