Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo – A wine “in search of an author”

In a period of change in the Abruzzo wine world, Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo could represent the continuity between past and future. But to do so it would need to have a well-defined present that perhaps and unfortunately, it does not have.

It will be a debate between producers on what this wine represents. What has it been in the Abruzzo tradition? What does it represent today and what could it be in the future? What are the possible paths to take to give the right value to a wine so identifying with the Abruzzo land?

The participation of some winemakers and the tasting of 10 types of Cerasuolo D’Abruzzo will help us better understand these and other aspects, including technical ones, of this wonderful wine.

A dish accompanied by various types of bread, focaccia, cured meats, cheeses and typical products.

Active members: 45 euros
Inactive members: 55 euros
