It may be for the absolutely romantic view of the lake of volcanic origin or for the original pairing of wines and strawberries that characterizes its table, but Nemi conquers everyone. In the heart of the Castelli Romani , a few kilometers from Rome, it is the postcard village par excellence, a refuge of quiet and beauty within reach of the city.
For three days the panoramic views of the lake , around Palazzo Ruspoli, will be the heart of tastings and discovery, featuring an area where viticulture is a true vocation. An encounter with the Castelli Romani DOC in all the variations of its dry whites (from Malvasia, Trebbiano and Greco vines) but also reds, rosés and more. To complete the journey, a curated selection of national labels, all to taste and get to know.
How does it work
THREE DAYS IN THE WINE UNIVERSE
Borgo diVino is an event open to all that takes place from Friday to Sunday. To taste the wines you can purchase the €18 ticket here on the site or directly on site which entitles you to 8 tastings of wine to be consumed in the various areas dedicated to the wineries*.
A 360-degree tasting experience awaits you, also experienced through a training course set up along the route of the event which accompanies visitors step by step through alleys and squares, for a real journey of knowledge in the art of viticulture and food-wine pairing.
*a deposit of €2 is required for the tasting glass which will be returned at the end of the tasting journey
