“Anteprima Grignolino & Co.”, a new event born from the initiative of the Consorzio di tutela vini Colline del Monferrato Casalese in collaboration with Go Wine:
A two-day program on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 May at the Paleologo Castle of Casale Monferrato, entirely dedicated to the denominations of the Consortium or Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese, as well as the Barbera del Monferrato Superiore, to the Rubino of Cantavenna and the Gabiano.
A new format designed with the Go Wine Association, for an event of a cultural, educational, popular and social nature aimed at wine lovers, operators, journalists and bloggers with tasting benches, masterclasses and in-depth conferences.

Opening hours of the event:
Saturday 13 May from 17:00 to 23:00
Sunday 14 May from 11:00 to 19:00
Tasting bench in the direct presence of the Consortium’s producers in the courtyard of the Castle of Casale Monferrato (they can also make the sale), food stations by the Enoteca Regionale del Monferrato;

The side events:
Saturday, May 13 at 17:30 – Blind Masterclass technique by winemaker Mario Ronco, on samples of Grignolino of the 2022 harvest, with reference to the 7 production areas of Monferrato Casalese;
Sunday, May 14 at 10:30 – Conference “Design of Sustainable Vines, Rootstocks of the new generation and Climate Change” by the trainer, journalist and expert in communication and marketing in the technical wine sector Costanza Fregoni, Head of the VCR Vivaio Rauscedo Research Center Elisa De Luca and professor of the Politecnico di Torino Daniele Trinchero.
Sunday 14 May at 16:30 Masterclass on the 4 denominations protected by the Consortium
Guided tours of the Centro di Documentazione delle Doc Paolo Desana (located in the halls of the Castle, Saturday: between 18 and 20 hours; Sunday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 14 and 18 hours).
The event will see the collaboration of the AIS Delegation of Casale Monferrato, the support of the CRAL Foundation and the patronage of the City of Casale Monferrato.

The cost of the tasting is € 15 with reduction to € 13 for Members Go Wine and Associations (Ais, Onav, Fisar)
Includes 8 tasting vouchers
Booklets will be available with extra tastings at the cost of € 6.00 at the cash points on the days of the event.
