Amber Wine Festival

The Amber Wine Festival proposes itself as the international reference event for natural white wines produced through prolonged maceration. In fact, it will host over 40 of the best producers from 4 countries at the tasting tables. The appointment is May 21 and 22, 2023 in Trieste.

Why participate
The choice of location is by no means accidental: the best producers in the world of this style of wine can be found at the crossroads that goes from the Karst to the Collio and from Istria to Austria. And Trieste, which is located right in the center of this privileged area, hosts its excellence.
Combined with the wines and carefully selected also the culinary specialties proposed, as an expression of the food and wine richness of the territory, reinterpreted for the occasion by well-known chefs.
How to participate

When: Sunday 21 May 13:00 – 19:00 and Monday 22 May 12:00 – 19:00.
Where: Trieste, San Giusto Castle.
Ticket purchase: The entrance ticket costs 50 euros. The tasting pass includes: wine tasting, free goblet and goblet holder, brochure with the list of producers and the list of wines presented, and food tasting.
Organization: In co-organization with the Municipality of Trieste, Discover Trieste, Turismo FVG and Castello di San Giusto.
