A unique wine show reserved exclusively for professional wine buyers working in one of the following professions: sales agents, wine shops and specialised stores, traders, distributors, restaurateurs and wine waiters, importers and journalists. Discover 12 walk around tastings, 1,000 exhibitors and more than 6,000 Bourgogne wines.

Evaluating the sensory characteristics of Crémant de Bourgogne Eminent and Grand Eminent,  is the objective of this unique tasting based on an experimental approach. This annual event is brought to you by the union of Crémant de Bourgogne and the school of engineer AgroSup-Dijon.

Chablis

The Chablis vineyard covers 5,000 hectares which makes it the biggest Bourgogne appellation. It extands over 20 villages and hamlets along the Serein valley, on both sides of Chablis. The Chablis vineyard has 4 levels of appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru.

Grand Auxerrois

The Grand Auxerrois vineyard is a group of wines from the Auxerrois, the Tonnerrois, the Vézelien and the Jovinien. The majority of these Bourgogne appellations is identified by the name of the vineyard or the village of production (eg: Bourgogne Chitry, Vézelay…).
