Professional Training Agency Colline Astigiane: Event reserved exclusively for journalists.
A culinary competition will take place between the students of a variety of hotel schools
and professional institutes in Piedmont and Liguria.
On the jury the chefs Davide Palluda, Ivano Ricchebono and Dag Tjersland.
7 pm – Restaurant All’Enoteca in Canale d’Alba: Dinner dedicated to the Barbera Fish Festival by chef Davide Palluda.
By reservation only (120 €).
SATURDAY 8 OCTOBER
12:30 – Professional Training Agency of Agliano Terme: a lunch prepared by the Norwegian chef Dag Tjersland with fish
dishes paired with different types of local Barbera wines, with the participation of the sommelier Andrea Dani (70€).
7 pm – In the historic centre of Agliano Terme: dinner with stockfish and cod dishes combined with our wine-makers
wonderful Barbera d’Asti.
Throughout the evening it will be possible to taste many different local wines and to talk with the winemakers.
SUNDAY 9 OCTOBER
12:30 – In the historic center of Agliano Terme: lunch with stockfish and cod dishes combined with the producers’ barbera.
